Two days training to become helpers and mediators through PEER MEDIATION.
The principal aims of this training course are:
To get basic knowledge recquired for a helper and mediator.
To differenciate clearly the role of each of them and the situations in which they can help.
To be aware of the importance of a team spirit and that they need to work together and respect each other.
To be motivated about this project. If we all do a small something, a bigger something could eventually happen.
